A handful of your duties on the front lines here include
- Answering multiple incoming phone calls with a smile
- Making the caller feel comfortable as you gather pertinent information
- Provide top level customer service providing solutions to our clients’ needs
- Focusing on the details required to operate across several online platforms

- Flexible schedule, but full-time hours is preferred Monday – Friday from 9am to 5pm
